Neuroplasticity is the brains ability to create new neural pathways and alter existing ones; the lifelong potential to adapt to new experiences, learn new information and create new memories.

A mass of bound black rope conveys the weight and paralysis of a brain experiencing trauma. Fine threads of gold beaded morse code network across the brain, encouraging us to create art, music, space and connection.

Practicing these pathways is shown to assist developing neuroplasticity and are a means to create positive change and healing.
